Coaching is a three-step process that focuses on three key areas and can be conducted in person or over the phone. Typical coaching sessions last thirty minutes to one hour per week and can span the course of six to twenty-four months, depending on your needs.
Through these coaching sessions, a collaborative partnership forms from which goals will be set, strategies established, and successes achieved.
The timeframe for the attainment of goals is based solely on how quickly you want to move through the process. Our clients are the driving force in the process -- setting the pace, goals, and vision.
The key to coaching is frank and honest conversation. This interaction often works best while you pursue your daily activities – including your leisure activities. Golf, for example, allows a good deal of time to talk. There are no gimmicks, lectures, sermons, or PowerPoint presentations.
During coaching sessions, I’ll offer you suggestions to better your life and your outlook. We’ll discuss how you feel about people, including relatives, friends and those you have to deal with on a daily basis.
I’ll suggest steps you can take to create your positive footprint. Here’s a sample: Pick one person and do something nice for them. Pick someone you might communicate with now and then but not on a regular basis. Send them tickets to a ball game, dinner at a good restaurant, or even pay some major bill for a month. Remember, they can’t know where this gift came from! But don’t worry, you’ll find out the effects. Let’s start the process now.

After an agreement is reached concerning the engagement, and the required deposit is received, services will begin. We will set up appointments, make travel arrangements, and move forward to establish and achieve your goals.
