My purpose, as your life or executive coach, is to help you live your life with a more defined focus, obtain the results you want, enrich your business environment, and support your career or personal efforts in life.
I am a executive & life coach. I find that often life isn't offering us a clean definition between our work and personal life, which is why I coach. My clients tell me that they appreciate my ability to help with their personal life, executive and career challenges. After number of years working with Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, start-ups, individuals, and nonprofits, my clients get practical business advice and a solid framework for addressing work-related & personal issues. I bring many tools to the table, creating plans, and devising and executing strategies. I am also trained in handling emotionally charged issues such as career transitions, work-life balance, spiritual growth, dating, and marriage renewal, all with sensitivity, and empathy to guide or inspire you.

Life Coaching is a new and rapidly growing profession which is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counseling. As Your Coach I will create a safe and totally confidential environment for you to take risks and explore new ideas - a place where you can breath, vent your frustrations, learn from your failures and celebrate your successes. As Your Coach I will have the courage to deal with you truthfully, in a direct and non-judgmental way, and in return will expect candid and honest communication from you. The coaching process addresses your specific personal projects, business successes, general conditions and transitions in your personal life, relationships, or profession by examining what is going on right now, discovering what you see as your obstacles or challenges, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be.
Coaching gives you opportunities for lifestyle changes, forward movement, and ultimate achievement. Coaching will allow you to build a successful road map to your desires and dreams.
